HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS?

Typically sessions are about 55 minutes in length. Some sessions may run shorter based on the treatment plan or the client's age (eg: children). The exact length of the sessions and the frequency of sessions will be discussed between you and your therapist based on your need and circumstances.

HOW DO I START RECEIVING SERVICES?

First, call or email the office and we will discuss what services you are looking for, whether we are able to meet your needs, and discuss payment options. Next, we will schedule an initial assessment with a therapist to obtain a more in-depth picture of your needs, what you are hoping to get from therapy, and how your therapist can (or can not) help you meet your goals. Part of that initial assessment will include determining the frequency of ongoing clinical sessions. From that point forward you would work and schedule directly with your therapist.

WHAT IF I'VE NOT MET MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE?

If you have a deductible that you’ve not met you would be responsible for the cost of services until your deductible is met. However, you would only be responsible for whatever amount your plan covers. We can work with you to arrange convenient payment options until the deductible is met. Please contact us for details.
